The Hideaway Hut
The Hideaway Hut takes the essence of our smaller Herdwick hut and grows it into a larger hut approximately 4.8m x 2.4m with the same attention to detail and quality throughout.
The Hideaway hut can be used for many things such as a wedding suite, cosy glamping accommodation, a spare bedroom
or large garden snug to name a few.
As all our huts are built to order we can easily use this style and design a hut to suit you, such as changing the size, layout of doors or cladding to name a few.

The huts pictured show various different designs and materials choices that completely transform the look of the hut. We have built huts with horizontal rain-screen cladding on the outside and oil grey interior cladding for a fantastic coastal style hut to be used for glamping accommodation.
We also built a hideaway hut into a fantastic wedding suite designed for an award-winning wedding venue complete with bar, fridge, changing area, toilet, sink and storage for wedding couples to have a moment of relaxation and calm before the big moment.
We also offer log burning stoves, stylish electric heaters, timber or metal chassis, various lighting styles as well as built-in furniture.
Bespoke...
All huts that we build are bespoke for each customer, enabling you to choose your details such as the internal and external cladding, flooring and lighting to name just a few.
When we say bespoke that is what we mean here at Cedar & Oak, you can choose everything right down to where you want the plug sockets to go.

How often does a project come in on time and on budget? Cedar and Oak did just this and more.
Our Shepherds hut is to be used as a home office but also has enhanced a rather neglected part of the garden. Peter built a
beautiful bespoke hut exactly to our requirements, complete with small stove, stunning farrow and ball paint finish and
lovely wooden floor. We were very pleased with the service throughout the build, Peter always kept us up to date with the process.
On delivery day the hut had to be manoeuvred over a challenging rockery, but this was no problem for the boys and
now the hut looks like it has always been there.
